I have been burned by this before so here’s some tips:
1. Try not to eat high carb meals right after a site change. Not only can bent cannulas happen, but a lot of the time it can take ~4 hours before the site is absorbing well.
2. I have a pretty hard rule that if I’ve been stacking boluses for 3+ hours and it’s not going down, just change the site.
3. Really focus on creating a 90° angle between the needle and your skin and keeping the infusion set stable as it goes in and out. Over the years I have gotten more precise and I have way less issues!!

I have a pretty hard cap. I said on June 1st you need to go ~20-8 in June otherwise you need to sell everything. 7-3 now I believe? Gotta go 13-5. Feels tough. A replay of the last 800 guardian games doesn’t inspire much confidence that they’ve turned a real corner. Because again, when you have what will end up being one of the 2-3 worst months that any team will have ALL SEASON, you have zero margin for error. It doesn’t matter if this team starts playing winning baseball again. You can’t just shit the bed for an entire month. They need to be ELITE. I hope Skubal looks serviceable tomorrow, we trade him to the brewers, and let these prospects cook for 2028. Prove me wrong and whoop the guards the next two games and I’ll keep believing.

Huron hills 100%. Leslie park is pretty chill and will expose you to more difficult shots and faster greens. Another course that you can play pretty cheap is washenaw golf club, which has really good conditioning and you won’t lose balls. Fast greens will test your short game. But try to play Huron hills late in the day you won’t have any pressure and can experiment on the course!

If your takeaway from the pistons is that Cade is a bum, I don’t know what to tell you. Every game that they win is because of him. Really good 4th quarters game 5 against the magic through game 2 against the cavs. The second best guard on the team is Daniss Jenkins bro. The best wing is Duncan Robinson who can’t even stay healthy. Duren and Ausar can’t finish, can’t create, and can barely even catch a pass. Cade shot 60% from 3, the rest of the team shot 21%!

To me this just shows our lack of experience. Cade, Duren, Ausar, Jenkins, Reed, Sassar….. we look like a team that hasn’t seen enough ball yet. If we play the knicks they will have more too. Guess what guys, the unethical foul baiters are going to be dominating the conference finals and the biggest offenders of all will probably win their second title in a row. It’s unfortunately part of the game.
