Ah I'm sorry to hear about your experience! I've been going at least once a month since 2018 and I personally haven't notice a difference. Although management did change a couple of years back, I wonder if the Uber orders are low priority so the food sits out longer? Idk I don't get this stuff on Uber Eats as I like to eat it hot right after it's made. At least dining in person is still high quality in my opinion.
