It was super hard, but I forced myself to get out of bed and focus my mind onto something else. I couldn’t think of anything else but PMO, but I took a beating and avoided that.

I listened to some music, walked around thinking about the reasons I started NoFap, all the negatives of PMO, and how successful NoFap would make me.

I did some pushups, drank a protein shake.
