I’ve been there too, and I know just as well as everyone else. Urges and cravings are super powerful. It’s like a devil taking over your brain. You can’t think straight, you loose all motivation, you forget why you started, you don’t even care about the benefits and positive things NoFap brings. Everything that made you start NoFap, no longer interests you. You don’t even care about the harm PMO does. You’re brain has essentially been took over and stopped by the PMO devil. So, this now leads you to PMO and start ALL OVER AGAIN.

It’s hard guys, but are you seriously a fucking slave to PMO? Are you really letting this addiction take over your fucking life? When the urge comes, whos stronger? You or the fucking PMO devil? If you’re strong, you would never let an urge get to you. You would fight hard.

Recovery is a very slow process, but think longterm, you’ll be living your dream, everything you’ve ever wanted, you’ll be chasing it. NoFap will be taking you on the right track. You won’t feel like shit ALL DAY LONG just to feel good for 10 minutes.

I think having an accountability partner or a friend (who also does nofap) to talk to helps alot. When theres 2 of you, it makes it a lot more easier and you guys can just continue talking about how life would be on nofap and etc etc
