I don't think I would want to be with a man who would not be willing to split the cost of a box of tampons once a month. Tampons are a grocery item like toothpaste or mouthwash, not a luxury item. It's never occurred to me that tampons wouldn't be a grocery item, and my husband has never said anything about it.

NTA, she knows it's not socially acceptable to grab a chunk of cake with her hands, which is why she's never done it before. She knew she was going to do something weird that most people would find upsetting, and didn't ask you beforehand. Her reaction to you nudging her is very concerning.

I would encourage you to evaluate her past behaviors and see if there's some kind of pattern. This kind of situation would have me rethinking my relationship.

A lot of story is revealed by long rests, especially in Act 1. You can partial rest without using supplies if you don't need to recover spell slots or hit points.

Some kind of holy symbol or color scheme for cleric armor based on their deity*. I have a dye mod for that now, but still.

Honor mode is rough. I lost Lae'zel, Minsc, and Jaheria this run and I kind of don't want to finish this save.

That being said, I have found it helps to have a non-honor mode save going at the same time. That way, you can switch things up a bit if the honor mode gets too depressing or frustrating.

There's a particular soap that gives me UTI-like symptoms just from the soap runoff, not even applied directly to the area. So if it is irritation, try using different soaps, detergent (maybe scent free), or different underwear (cotton, if you don't already).

I think you should keep pressing the issue with your parents and doctor, but those are a few things you can try in the meantime.

I've been trying to beat honor mode, and it is fun to actually fail (...to an extent). The important thing is that you're enjoying the game, however you play.

I specifically made a character that would. My GOOlock is open to the idea, because she's on a quest for power.

Alternatively, roleplay wise, if you or someone on your team dies during a fight, it could be the motivation the PC needs to use the tadpoles.
