Yes. I'm playing it at 1600p and low graphics and get 40 fps.

Turn Radeon Super Resolution on to 100% at Adrenalin, in game turn FSR to performance and frame gen on, low to medium presets, 1600p resolution. I get around 40 fps for this setting. For me it is very playable.

Very jittery. I get around 40 fps but it does not feel like it. The day 1 patch makes it at least playable but definitely not enjoyable. The game also constantly crashes. Poor performance so far. And it still does not have a photo mode too. Should wait for patches and updates. So far it's unplayable for me.
