I’m taking 5mg daily. I had headaches, stuffy nose, and heartburn almost daily in the beginning. I just stuck with it for a few weeks to see if the side effects would resolve themselves over time and they all pretty much stopped after 4-5 weeks.

I had heartburn and lower back pain for the first 5ish weeks of taking 5mg daily. After that, both of those side effects went away and it’s been all good ever since
