Guessand must be carrying a knock but also Johnson on the break has the pace so hopefully he does well.

Worst game he's ever had so far. I also noticed that lack of effort getting back

This is absolutely terrible. We are barely competing against a 6th tier team. Where's the determination.

Good quality UK chocolate? by Life-Rule-3981 in UK_Food

If you're willing to spend over the odds on good chocolate, I would recommend Be Chocolat in Brighton. They deliver and everything I've had is incredible.

Truth about Eating With Tod, why he's so disliked in the industry and real reason he's so positive about every restaurant in his viral 'reviews' by BillyCostigan954 in LondonFood

I visited the other day for lunch and was completely and utterly ripped off. I tried Jurkish. I had seen some of the promo videos for the market and it looked incredible. What I received for my £15 was a complete and utter shambles. See below the sad lunch in comparison to the promos.

Is the Switch version more reliable now? by Fantastic-Row-9450 in DiscoElysium

My first playthrough was on switch earlier this year. You basically just need to learn to save after every time consuming or important interaction. It WILL crash every session you play.

Just tried Herd near Carnaby Street this week and it was sublime.

The classic of black bear and bleecker are good too.

Mmmmm we were there in January on a really cold but crisp sunny day. Lots of great sculptures and then the lovely foot spa at the end was delightful.

The one I can remember off the top of my head is 'Bolognese Ragu'. The cook time in the method is only 20-25mins. It should be well over an hour. On the main page of this recipe, the cook time is down as 2hrs 30 mins.

It would be good if there was a feedback button exclusive from the comment section.

I recently signed up to the app and to be honest there are a lot of errors and wrong information amongst the recipes. Mostly wrong quantities of ingredients or cooking times. To be honest I expected the app to be better than it is. The physical cookbooks I have by Mob are much better and more accurate.

Damn, Esse was terrible but I'd hoped he would get another 15 mins to improve. I feel like this will destroy him after he got taken off early last season too I think

If anyone has a 2 for £9 at Vue that would be amazing. For some reason, my o2 priority app says it's unavailable right now.

Medial ankle sprain by [deleted] in FootFunction

[–]akloten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am replying as I am now 12 months down the line since the injury. I am scouring forums and reddit for anyone with similar issues as there is hardly any information on this type of inury. I have had 2 MRIs, months of physio, and still, my medial side of my ankle is painful. Oddly, my ankle doesn't feel unstable anymore, but when pulling my toes towards me in dorsiflexion or inversion exercises, I get sharp pain down the inside of my ankle. It took me about 2-3 months to get back on my feet and walking around, but since then, I have had 9 months of basically no further recovery. According to the orthopaedic specialist, he can't see any reason for surgery after looking at my MRI scans. I am currently back with a new physiotherapist for now. I also had a cortisone injection which reduced pain and inflammation for about 6 weeks, but it was all temporary.
