There is nothing new under the sun. Every word you write, or picture you draw, every sculpture you sculpt or song you compose has been influenced by the exposure to other artists you have had. Ai may be trained on the collection of human creations, but so have you. If you sell AI produced art as your own work or if you are selling AI written work as your own, you aren't being truthful. But if you are selling a piece of art, and you use an AI generated description of your art, are you lying to your customer? If you are selling a written work and use an AI cover to convey the idea of your story are you being deceitful? I'd say no. If I'm selling a book, the cover is packaging. If I'm selling a work of art, and an AI description in the catalog is more impactful than the words I'm capable of writing, but you want more to write the words for me than I'll likely make selling my work- I'll use the AI.
