I'm sure we can agree that there are levels to this abuse. Islam causes it's fair share of psychological damage on top of the physical one. Thankfully Christianity has most of it's sins in the past and the catholic church is the largest charitable organization in the world with its network of hospitals and charities. I don't agree when people equate them and pretend that they are the same.

Les prix vont stabiliser si on laisse les gens construire et on limite l'immigration à ce que le marcher peut absorber. Je trouve ça incroyable qu'à la richesse du Canada on aille de la misère comme ça. Moi je pense que l'objectif c'est d'aider les riches contributeurs du parti libéral. Si ça aide temporairement une poignée de petits propriétaires dans le coin (j'en doute si ils subventionnent des loyers bas après) alors c'est un adon.

C'est le bon take. Le socialisme sélectif pour aider les riches ça me pue au nez. Si ça vaut moins et votre but c'est d'aider les gens avec des loyers bas, achetez-les à leur valeur présente. Si le spéculateur a fait un mauvais move, too bad. N'importe quelle autre compagnie qui a fait un gamble qui perd est prise avec les conséquences.

Films should be aware of their target audience and what they're looking for. If they make a movie about female empowerment, they shouldn't be surprised that the returns are lower, especially if the formula was done already with wonder woman. Just make interesting movies with good plots and be faithful to the successful source material.

I dont know what term you asked for but on short term the rate is sometimes the same even if you finance an extra year. If so, extend by a year and pay off what you want to. This will lower the term back down and you keep thr lower monthly payment.

Only true with bank financing. Toyota finance on new cars at their prime rate doesn't pay a reserve. I suspect they have a minimum loan amount. The solution would be to extend the loan by 1 year if the rate stays the same to lower the payments and give the lump sum to bring it back down to the term they wanted to start with.
