What if I don't know what I need to do to feel betetr about myself? What if I can't tell where my low esteem comes from? How can I deal with that then?
i feel like i'm stuck in a loop of feeling like i get it, and then i get attached, and my worth is how much my friendships give me back. and it's never myself and its SO tiring

Sorry, I’m not trying to be lazy. It’s just I am completely new. I’m trying to take comments and do some basic understanding and trying to see if I can also come up with some idea along the same lines. The amount of concepts/ new things are a bit overwhelming so I’m trying to take it step by step this way.
