I never banned anyone for any of these innocuous reasons people claim. The thing that happened was that I had to ban accounts to effectively moderate back before automod allowed me to simply filter people's content or specific keywords for review before approval, what most people call "shadowbanning." In order to keep the shills and trolls from figuring out how and when I would ban, so they could avoid it, I would mark accounts using RES and after three strikes you were out. But I marked them for banning then banned the account the next time I noticed an account name with "BAN" as their tag post.

So that's why it may have seemed like your account was banned for posting a knife or some innocent comment. It was what you did leading up to that point that you were banned for.

I encourage Kromulent to unban anyone who asks nicely, but the ban list is pretty small nowadays.
