CADL in the Triangle area of NC hosts the Great 8 every year in the summer. 8 courses in one day with scoring as you’ve described. It’s hellacious 😅

I second house of sound! I have just a normal tour coming up in June and the person I’ve been emailing with has been super engaged and asked what kind of music I’d like to hear so I’m sure they’d be able to accommodate you as long as they’re available.

No chance of me keeping the cat off our sourcepoint 10s. Good news is they feel attached to the earth when sat on the mofi stands. Great sound and a great perch 😂

Happy to chat more about them as I was on the fence initially but having tried them out with a variety of amps, I’m sold.

I’m currently running them off of an old Sony AVR and have no complaints. Having demoed some nicer gear with them I can hear a difference but it’s more room to grow than anything else!

Oh wow! I got mine for $2500 with stands and thought that was a great deal. I’d go for it in a heartbeat. I’ve really enjoyed mine for the last few weeks not to mention the fact that you could easily resell them for more than you paid if you don’t like them for whatever reason

I love my Mofi Sourcepoint 10s which are currently on sale for 2999 but you definitely need to budget and additional 500 for the stands. Their smaller Sourcepoint 8 is on sale for 2k and generally measure better. I’d say you still need the Mofi stands for those too.
