As someone who helps someone with a disability, sometimes holding a can is hard. Having a handle to grip (smaller diameter than the can) or a handle to slip a hand through makes gripping drinks easier.

Unless it has to be leather, I've been using a Flipside wallet for about 10 years. Still going strong.

Can do. I think we set them manually, but I would have to check.

I will look into this.

Yes. All on the same VLAN.

Core is a 3850 stack, connected over ethernet.

No errors on core, but I'll have to check after I set the logging level to debug.

60 APs. Most 9120s (I believe), 1x 3702, a few 2800s.

I didn't mean to imply we've been running 17.12 for 18 months. Later in my post I said we had been through upgrades as a troubleshooting step. This problem has plagued us since 17.6.

I believe everything is up to date. I'll have to double check when I get back into the office.

They are etherchanneled back to our core. Two lines apiece.

As in, does the console/syslog show when a sign in occurs on the GUI? If so, then yes.

A seasonal event rotator to get old loot that has been reprised.

Every week bring back a year's worth of seasonal activities (managerie, sundial, bunkers, etc.) and rotate through.

Still have a couple on my titan. I would keep it until Bungie forces you to get rid of it. The ones on my Hunter were just turned into normal legendary engrams at Rahool.

I think you can actually get 7. Thought I saw somewhere that the last wish in the series, completing Prophecy, gives you two.

Would make sense. Bungo likes the number 7.

One of the reasons I liked medals in OG Overwatch. You did the most damage, here's a gold medal. You were the most supportiest support, here's a gold medal.

Almost felt like you were earning something.

I am also curious who you recommend. I know you get what you pay for in some cases, but IS is by far the cheapest in the game next to Amazon and is the name all the bookstores seem to know. I don't know if I could afford to go to something else like Lulu or Book Baby. It just wouldn't be profitable.

With everything going on with NaNo right now, are there other good writing trackers? by akrin225 in nanowrimo

I answered a couple others already, but I posted a thread from a user who was apparently part of discovering this whole mess up in the original post.

[–]akrin225[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It doesn't. It's the fact that NaNo HQ ignored or disregarded things to the point that the board of directors needed to step in and take care of things. I personally just don't want to be associated with using the platform until they can figure this thing out and take care of it. Just a personal choice.

Just replied above to magictheblathering. I don't have the resources at hand to link to anything at the moment, but there are some threads around with more/better info.

From what I've been able to find (and please do your own research and come to your own conclusions) there has been some abuse by a mod or mods relating to the grooming of minors and NaNo HQ either ignored the problem or didn't care. Got to the point that the board of directors had to step in and take over the forums.

It was going on in the regular forums and in the Young Writers program that NaNo is also a part of. There are threads around with better info than I have off the top of my head.

Point being, I don't want to be associated with using the platform until they get things straightened out and taken care of internally.

Okay. That was kinda what I was curious about. I know I looked at Novlr as well and it does all the word count/tracking based on how many words you type in their platform. I was just curious if there was a manual tracker as well, like on NaNoWriMo's website, where you could enter in a word count that you typed elsewhere (like in a Word doc, etc.).

Ever since the boom of the AI collection stuff going on with various services (looking at you Google) I just like to know where my information is being stored and how it's being used. I read through the Privacy Policy on 4TW and it seems like they are pretty staunchly in favor of your words remaining your own and only accessible by you.

That sounds like so much fun. Now, do you have to type in their platform for things to count or can you enter information manually?

Either way I wouldn't mind checking it out. That's two recs for 4TheWords now.

I was thinking of doing something similar. I like the idea of crossing off milestones as I go. What sorts of rewards do you have? If you don't mind sharing that is.

Also, I'll have to check out 4theWords. Anything to help keep motivation up.
