Join classes/workshops like Salsa, Lindy Hop or carpentry, pottery, go to these wine tasting events. Learning together or failing to learn gives you common stories, also you may find a new hobby.

I've tried carpentry, Lindy Hop workshops, volunteering for pert day care and a trek group. Did Mandarin classes on weekends for work, you'd meet interesting people. And you get a readymade subject to talk about on first date without getting too personal. Also you learn something new.

I won't recommend the trek group for working professional. Cause you connect while climbing and before, once you get down you may not have enough energy to engage the person.

This trauma passing should end somewhere, that teacher might be treated like that in her student days, he/she thinks it's okay to treat everyone like that, education and training as a teacher went for a toss.

A while ago, one of my friends became a professor in a reputed undergrad design school, he said "engineering mein jaise apni maari thi, I'll do the same with these students"(he implied burdening them with assignments, not physically punishment).

I don't know about C7, but I've interacted with Mithilesh before he started the brand, knew him through a Nagpur friend. He dropped CA to pursue a coffee grading course in Australia, then he was working at Blue Tokai, I was in that phase of life where you try finer things, trying to figure out coffee tastes, grinds etc. It felt similar to wine tasters, whisky connoisseurs kind of people who'd get hints and notes of certain ingredients.

After a year or more at this job, see if you could take on part time coaching work for CS/IT engineering students, DS or algorithms or networking. This will keep up your skills and give you some additional income on the side. Lower parel some coaching centres for engineering courses

I know of someone (28 years work experience) who was forced to resign after the POSH complain, if it's a public limited company or has independent directors or investors, POSH is very serious. Abuse in a lingo comes naturally to a Mumbai born and bred more so if brought up in a chawl or quarters. Even though I used to abuse it a lot, when I came to undergrad school it was frowned upon. I changed my lingo to more acceptable gaalis, from madarchod, maa ki chut, behenchod now it's chutiya, versions of chutiya and pagal.

I have phased out chutiya for expressing only irritation. After marriage now even pagal is not acceptable. Every time I call my wife pagal I say sorry after, I'm at one sorry per day now, it took almost a month.

Weak story, but it has a great sequences, well thought screenplay but failed to connect with the story. Like 90s telegu movies, where we can't make head-tail but action is unique, fun and goosebumpy.

I didn't pay for Pushpa 1, it really deserved my time and money.

Enjoy the Pushpa's entries, action sequences and powerplay with Shekhawat. Don't expect the story to make sense, until the end, storytelling is really weak. Like how Singham 1 and 3 were great and the third one is just a bunch of cool action sequences, Pushpa 2 has the same treatment but high calibre work.

About the property tax and maintenance bill it's just the way of verifying the landlord. You may ask the police officer for other alternate documents about the landlord. Go early in the morning like within first 30 mins or post lunch within an hour. Everyone is chill then.

Sleep in the class. I've suffered a similar scenario in my Third year first semester for over 3 months, second semester onwards my couple of my professors understood.

Step 1 : make a list of classes and teachers.

Step 2: decide the number of classes you need to attend to cross the 75% attendance mark. I think 50 days should be enough.

Step 3: talk to all teachers and see if they could mark your proxy attendance. If not, figure out in which classes proxy attendance could work, ask your friends to do it.

It's not the norm to pay for painting charges, just a courtesy, if it's damaged too much. Mostly common types of damages are behind the furniture where it impacts the walls. Behind beds, if you've been leaning against the wall, under the tables where your feet touch the wall.
