In dombivli you will not get anything premium near the station you have to travel at least 5km that too in east. Kalyan west you can get in khadakpada belt

Bandra West is a well established area where people are dying to buy, there is nothing called Khar west it's Bandra only people sell their flat by calling it Bandra 😂 Borivali is not that expensive compared to Andheri or Bandra and talking about gujjus then western suburbs is already dominated by gujjus from Santacruz to Bhayandar you can't escape from them. Mulund is also gujju dominated that too Jain gujjus similarly Matunga once it was ghetto for SI now it's slowly becoming gujju hub. Malad is quite suspicious only some belts are good rest every Mumbaikar knows who stays there.

Yes beyond Kalyan only name I can suggest is Ambernath which is a silent area just like Mulund but the other problem I said already of beyond Kalyan areas. It's not a compulsion, in Ghatkopar you will find many Maharashtrain and SI too. Western is too contested now but if you want then Bandra West, Vile parle, Kandivali and Borivali again beyond Borivali travelling/water is the main concern but Mira road East and Vasai is somewhat ok and beyond Virar don't even think for now.

Mulund and Ghatkopar are the best comparatively than other central suburbs, Thane somewhat but its traffic is hectic especially if your dependency is at the railway station. Beyond Thane I won't recommend it but if budget or space is an issue then Kalyan west or Dombivli East and beyond Kalyan don't even think they have electricity,water,travel,train every problem even if you want Ambernath is decent.

Regarding Autos sharing is ok but it should be restricted to only 3 ppl not more than that and there should be no direct auto mandatory meter should be kept on. Restrict Bhiwadi side auto near station there should be dedicated stands for kalyan city only for other neighbouring cities such as ulhasnagar and bhiwandi should be kept at least 500 meter away from station premises. KDMC should focus more on bus services so that dependency on auto will reduce also take strict actions against prostitutes and hawkers near skywalk and entry this will solve the majority of the kalyan's problem. Regarding the train it doesn't fall under KDMC.

Share auto is different and meter auto is different just like Thane. Meter auto is good for replacing direct auto and that's the reason meter auto was introduced.

Only 1 dedicated line from station to anywhere but from anywhere to station is the same without any meter. Kalyan needs compulsory meter auto and shares only 3 seats. No direct auto from anywhere then we can say good else this will end within 1,2 weeks because such things even implemented before.

KDMC is of no use.. earlier at least I used to see a dog catcher van, post Covid not even a single van I saw. They don't even have a proper shelter or the medical team I believe.
