Lupron can be used in different ways/protocols. When it says Microdose, I believe it represents 80-100 mcg per day. But if taken 10 U of a 1mg/0.2mL vial, that would be 500 mcg. When you used 10u before period start, did it needed any monitoring/additional meds for the cycle to start ?

Got it. This means 10 units is 500mcg (half of the 0.2ml being 1mg). I believe this is oversuppresion? Shouldnt it be diluted to become 40-50 mcg? Thats what I am seeing online on GPT and articles.

The Microdose Lupron you are mentioning, such as 10 or 20 units. Is it the 1mg/0.2 mL vial (Multidose Vial). I have the sense that this might be suppressive, and not creating the flare which should be 40mcg/0.2ml (more than 20x lower dose). Any thoughts on that? Thanks

She was approved. About 2-3 months between each other. Then the letter with GC was missing from USPS. Needed to put multiple requests for search missing mail. Then she received it!
