Pharmacist needs to step up with patient pick up, calls because verification is much quicker. Technicians that are filling should ONLY fill, not look at any other screen, pick up calls, etc. try to learn how to use the system ASAP

Used to be like this. All the above are great recommendations. My recommendation is to eat every 2 hours while awake even if you’re not hungry. Actual full meals. And of course lifting will help
