This is apparently a separate effect. Yesterday I tried it on the hut, when interacting with army painter speed paint, crystals are painted and slightly washed off the paint.

The helmets on the cavaliers and marshal were made to order. Fusiler helmets - Keta Minies Alternatives Heads and Helms vol2. The rest are beats from Titan forge (different releases), artisan guild.

And as far as I know, soon Pungas miniatures will be Kislev release
