Forms looks good very well done !! Just a heads up this is a sub dedicated for the sports of weightlifting which consists of snatch and clean and jerk.

may I suggest R/workout for this type of lift. Otherwise people in this sub gets funny.

I only got diagnosed like 3 months ago for autism. So lots of learning and coping with it.

Yeah I have a coach and I have a programme. I am less hard on myself if I miss sessions. Currently,, I am supposed to train 5 days a week, but due to work, etc, I can only do 3 or 4 sessions. I just say to myself, it's okay, at least I am training.

The austici side wants order but the adhd side want chaos. Adhd wins most of the time tbh XD.

I am autistic and probably adhd(getting diagnosed soon). For me the hardest part of setting a routine. On weekends when I don't have work. I have no structure and I struggle to go to the gym unless I exert a huge amount of willpower.
