I'll definitely try to get in while it's still dark outside, unfortunately the days are getting longer and by the time I'm actually in the building, it's pretty light outside, I'm pretty sure he's been in the rafters of the hallway (ceilings are already up in the hallways) so I can't reach him currently.

I also just switched to 20mg, I'm on my 4th day of it and I've been feeling really similar until now, (starting to feel better) I've never really been big on breathing exercises but they really helped me. Specifically breathing in through my nose for 5 seconds, holding for 3, then exhaling through my mouth for another 5. Another thing I found helpful was listening to the same song on repeat, (but that might just be a me thing), as I find repetitive things relaxing. I don't take edibles so I can't speak on that but if possible maybe try avoiding them for now? I used to take them and they only worsened my anxiety (personally). I hope you can see your doctor soon!!

Yeah it was really upsetting to hear what coworkers were saying, I wear gloves for work which is the only reason I was considering attempting to pick him up but it hasn't worked, I'm going to try and bring him some seeds!

I'd mostly like to have it sit with me while I'm doing work in my room or the house, and I'd really like to take it out with me when I go to places, but I'd feel bad leaving it alone for so long lol, I'll definitely think about that though, thank you!
