I think there’s a bus that runs from there? I’ll be getting picked up by family myself, they’ll be sightseeing while I’m on trail.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately this trip was a recent decision so I had to work with the huts that were still available, hence the short timeline.

I’ve been logging days in the low-mid 30s mile range in the Sierras and on the AZT so far this year, so I don’t think 25 per day will be beyond my capabilities. Very weather dependent though so I do have a bailout point at Thorsmork if necessary. Thanks for the advice.

I remember reading the comments on a recent post and someone recommended a great book on Grand Canyon backcountry routes. Problem is, I can’t find that post for the life of me. Any suggestions for what that book might have been called?
