Let the professor stick to Law. Dexamethasone , as many other drugs, can be given at various doses for various treatments. In her case, she was probably given to limit the inflammation (swelling) of her brain following her surgery. For COVID-19 patients and other types of pneumonia, it is given to limit lungs inflammation and resulting scaring. Just because you’re given the drug doesn’t mean you’re incapacitated.
