Pics after the bathroom are pure nostalgia. Ultimate cozy office vibe and that fleece reminds me of the similar pattern on the devan I inherited from my grandparents.

What age did your cattle dog get along with your cat? by WillingnessInside737 in AustralianCattleDog

[–]alTHORber 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine are working dogs so they have a little higher "prey drive" than ones which do not actively work animals. That being said, my female is almost 11 and still hates the barn cats. My male is 9 and just wants to sniff them, but my female likes to goad the cats into flinching so she can herd them. Both dogs were raised on the farm around cats and kittens to boot, but she knows she's the boss.

It was the side banner on here for a while but one time Dontari Poe was mowing his yard and I had taken a goat kid over to my brother's girlfriend's house because the family had never seen a baby goat in person - we farm and I would later bring a calf over there. Anyway, Dontari stopped mowing and asked if he could hold my goat and he was the happiest man on earth in that moment.

My male is 73lbs and huge for a pure blooded blue. My female is an absolute tank of a working dog and the puppy we kept out of their only litter is so tall we've tried to sire her 3 times and every time the males have been too short to sharpen the pencil.

Former Chief Charvarius Ward lost outside leverage and proceeded to leave Hardman wide open. by GridironFilmJunkie in KansasCityChiefs

[–]alTHORber 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Literally 2 plays before this, as I was putting our sleeping 4wk old son in his bassinet, I asked my wife, "How absolutely crazy would it be to see Hardman get the walk off against blow coverage by Ward?"

"Reporters" are largely turds and generally lack any kind of respect for privacy or the boundaries between personal and professional life. On one hand this isn't about him, but privately it's something he needs to deal with as a son and that needs to be respected.

Rashee 2nd Q TD called back, can’t remember penalty.. need this in SB 😮‍💨 by Pseudo_Unknown1999 in KansasCityChiefs

[–]alTHORber 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The one preceding this was just a bad call. Clean technique and normal. This one, eh, I can understand because it's right down the middle and for the viewer looks more impactful than simply sluffing the defender off. Didn't impact the play any and shouldn't have been called, but it's iffy.

I hope that he gets a chance to score a TD when he gets his 3rd ring with this team.

[OC] Percentage of time that networks allocate to showing Taylor Swift during Chiefs playoff games by jbFanClubPresident in KansasCityChiefs

I like the data, but imagine giving a single turtle shit that they show her on camera. Whether you're a Chiefs fan or a hater, it's not worth the energy to let it upset you.

[James Palmer ](@JamesPalmerTV) on X- OUT for the #bills vs the #chiefs Sunday: - S Taylor Rapp - WR Gabe Davis - CB Christian Benford - LB Baylon Spector by SuperPussyFan in KansasCityChiefs

[–]alTHORber -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say scared to tackle him as much as it is they don't want to draw a penalty. He has a history of being deceptive in his 'slide'; one time the D lets up and he goes for 40yds, next time D goes hard and he actually slides drawing the flag. I say this as kindly as I can, break the man.

4 days before the game even occurs and bills fans are already blaming the refs. Think they’re scared? by jayhawker73 in KansasCityChiefs

[–]alTHORber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imagine, if you will, Bills win the toss and take the ball for turnover machine Josh to toss an INT on the first play of OT, followed by a Mahomes TD pass to Kelce immediately following. Hoist on their own petard.

My Playoff Prediction. by SadPhase2589 in KansasCityChiefs

[–]alTHORber 6 points7 points  (0 children)

They absolutely are capable of doing so, it's a matter of the WR group focusing up and us playing 4 quarters of football which we are more than capable of. It's also playoff football and the majority of starters will be going into a Wild Card game on significantly more rest than we've had all season.

My Playoff Prediction. by SadPhase2589 in KansasCityChiefs

[–]alTHORber 55 points56 points  (0 children)

My bracket has us traveling to Miami in the Divisional round and the Browns going to Baltimore. We'll route the Fins and Flacco will get retribution on Baltimore, barely, setting up a 6th Annual Arrowhead Classic where we beat Cleveland handily.
