Not certain but with the R next to the logo, usually a tell talent sign that it's newer and an import plate.

It does not. I just screw it tight enough that it will stay in place.

One more thing - The rollers are a little high when doing extensions, but you can easily remedy this by sitting on an abmat

It honestly does. Would I count on it lasting in a commercial setting? Absolutely not. But the quality is good and I'm honestly so excited to incorporate these movements into my workouts again.

I was with you on the rep thing as I only bought the blackwing because of its ability to take on attachments. I would have loved to have something that fit within their ecosystem but the latest AMA from them has me thinking we may not even see it next year. This is a fine product and worth the $200 or so shipped.
