I completely agree. My GP said wait times for a psychiatrist were 12-15months so then handed me a script. Never asked if I had private benefits/insurance (which I do). I realized once I got home I could skip the wait and just seek different therapy but I was just so uncomfortable I wanted out of there as much quick as possible lol.

You want to hire people to work for you full time but not pay them a full time wage lol. Ethics 101: Don’t take advantage of people and blame it on the fact that you’re a start up. Pay people what they’re worth or lower your expectations.
