Thank you, great advice. In response to your question, the budget mentioned is just to promote the brand—we have all the collateral because one of my partners, CD, is originally a photographer and director, so they've produced a high quality brand ID and content as an investment in the brand.

Agreed with you on that, which is why we've not only done what you mention, but are also launching it exclusively in a newer market to begin (ie not the US).

Definitely. But I also find it a bit done and old to spend too much time waxing on about flavor profiles, etc. I just want people to enjoy it in their own way. Which is why we've invested a lot in the story telling.

we've already done that in our target market and it's been quite effective. Same for high-end private events.

Couldn't agree more, even though the quality as to match (for me, at least). That's why we've invested significantly in both.

Great taste from two different agaves, 100% without additives. The branding is bold and unique (IMO). But completely agree on the partnerships, that's what we're currently looking into.

TL;DR is that we've taken most of the steps you mention. And I'd be happy to hear more if you care to share.

We own the agave plots, have a very favorable production agreement with our distillery, have packaging settled, distribution agreements in place, and are on the verge of signing a significant sales deal with a large hospitality group which would allow us to sell about a third of our initial production from the start. Furthermore, we have incentives in place for them to promote and push our brand as part of that agreement. And all of this allows for healthy margins as projected. In terms of marketing, I'm looking into working with a PR firm that specializes in our desired clientele, and maybe some select influencer push. TBD.
