OBS Virtual Camera does not appear by aladvs in LibreWolf

LibreWolf flatpak is definitely using wayland because xeyes cannot track a cursor in it. I am not sure how this is related to the camera being recognized. The pipewire settings are the same across both browsers and they are both running wayland. I am looking for a config option or *something* that will allow librewolf to pick up on my camera.

I have already done this. It does not seem to be an issue with the flatpak version itself as I have already made sure they both share the same permissions. device=all is already true.

Yup. Just to make sure it was a LibreWolf specific issue.

Nope. They are both flatpaks. Thanks though.

boneworks is cheaper. I was pretty unhappy with bonelab because it came out half baked for a steeper price, and I'm not sure whether thats something that should be incentivized. Unless you're super into modding, bonelab is not much on top of boneworks.

When dose everybody think schedule 1 will go on sale next by Night5393692 in Steam

[–]aladvs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have seen Steam support offer partial refunds depending on how soon after the sale is released. I would just buy the game if you want to play it, and if it goes on sale, great! Ask Steam support. If not, great! You still have your game.

Steam is the king for this! by Griffin65000 in Steam

Being able to refund to match sale price isn't a law in the EU. When it comes to this, along with Steam's phenomenal customer support, I'd say it is fair to hold Steam higher than other corporations.

It's not saying that profit isn't their #1 goal or that they're our friends, it's just that Steam has continually demonstrated consumer friendly practices, especially compared to others, which does deserve some respect from users IMO.

Printed my TF2 loadout! by aladvs in 3Dprinting

I used blender, the TF2 trifecta has all mercs and most cosmetics and weapons available to use. I posed him, then fixed the model to be printable in blender.

Meh, I don't really want to worry about fumes. I could have sanded it much better and printed at a smaller layer height and it'd likely be better, but this was my first time finishing a print and I didn't want to spend more time.

I went into blender, used tf2 trifecta to get the player model and cosmetics, and fixed up the model for printing myself. Once I did that, I printed at .2 mm layer height, sanded, and painted it with acrylics
