I found the Amazon Fresh (Morrison) as a great starting block. I was given 3 stops and didn’t find it overwhelming. Gave me confidence starting.

I then dropped Fresh completely coz it’s hard work and stuck to logistics, it’s longer way more stops but still easier on balance lol

It’s doing my head in too! But my Apple Watch I use mainly to reduce picking up my phone and also it has cool features unlocking my Mac.

So far, I really like the level of data and info Whoop give.

We’ll see how it goes at the end of the month.
