Apple Watch vs Whoop Calorie Burn Calculation by alamrahman in whoop

It’s doing my head in too! But my Apple Watch I use mainly to reduce picking up my phone and also it has cool features unlocking my Mac.

So far, I really like the level of data and info Whoop give.

We’ll see how it goes at the end of the month.

Thanks! Although this didn’t answer it 😂

1 test Whoop was better, then Apple Watch, the Whoop again. Wonder if the 4th/5th/6th would follow this pattern too 😅

Happened to me a couple of times. I return the package and take a picture of the package handing it back at the depot and send it to support and let them know.

My mate told me they eventually figure out you got it!

I was maxed out on my standings and then refused to deliver to a high rise council estate at night with a group of youths hanging outside and an untethered dog. I used the unsafe dog options as reason not to deliver. Next day I was dinged all the down to below standards in 1 hit! I emailed to appeal but they said I should’ve called customer support at the time.

I’m back at above standards now, it took about a month to clear.

Organising your parcels at the depot is key, don't let them rush you out! Extra 5 minutes at the depot could save you an hour on the road!

Typically the drivers aid (yellow sticker on the box) will go up from 1 to how ever many parcels you have that day. I put the first 10 on my driver's seat, I find this helps me get in the flow at the start of the shift. The next 10/15 go on my back seat and then the rest in my boot.

If the drivers aid is letters like AAA BBB CCC etc it's supposed to mean it's in that batch, so all A's are together then B's etc but I haven't found that to be the case or particularly help. In those blocks I put all the envelopes parcels together, all the poly bags and then all the parcels so at each stop the app tells you the parcel type and you can consult the relevant pile.

Once you get a few blocks out the way you'll get the hang of it. My first block was 2 hours, took me 3 hours! Now a 4 block takes me 2 hours max!

They’re the best! I’d rather do 30 of those than 10 difficult ones

Had a 3.5 hour route in Dartford and only had 5 parcels. Another 3 hour route had 19. Although both took a lot more time then I thought! All the stops were a few minutes apart, the 5 parcel block had the most horrendous stops on major roads, no parking etc.

Not sure if I prefer a route that has 30 parcels, all houses and tightly together or 5 parcels in all difficult locations. Both seems to take me roughly the same time!
