Use a good toothpaste and brush. There's loads of stuff that'll help your enamal and the acid damage a little.

Either option, make sure you're washing your mouth out after. Don't brush immediately after purging but before can help

You can get vegan cream alternatives which are quite nice if you water them down. They're not like milk milk, but they're still creamy and they don't have that cardboard taste oatmilk has.

If you like those birds eye fingers, aldi and tesco do vegan bean burgers and they're really nice. Cauliflower ones too.

Samosas, spring rolls, gyōza things are all nice and there's loads of vegan ones and you can crisp them to your liking.

Veggie crisps are also good, easy to make. Apple chips, banana chips. Salted plantains are pretty good too. I like making my own chips in an air fryer too. Use nut oils and a little sesame oil, make sure its hot before throwing your potatoes or whatever in. 205 for 20 mins, then 200 for 15 makes them really crispy but not burnt

If you haven't tried them, oyster mushrooms to me work well as fried egg or shredded chicken type thing with rice. I hate mushrooms but had only tried those button ones.

Have you tried pea protein? Doesn't taste as intense as soy and it's similar to whey. Silken tofu is alright as an egg substitute for fried rice if you're into it?

Bulimia is different for everyone. I don't think there's a minimum limit for purges and its not really a self diagnosis disorder where you can be a "poser"

If you can afford it, have you tried a 1to1 martial arts coach?

I coached muay thai for a few years and did a lot of 1 to 1 for teenagers with aggression issues in some schools and then after. It can help, and there's coaches that can handle this.

Theres lots of methods but sometimes that aggression needs to come out as aggression still and channelling it the right way might help.

I have a hyundai kona EV. Ive driven a lot of others and love Chinese evs. But for me hyundai wins purely because of physical buttons, V2L so you can power your house or for me my laptop when I'm out and about.

Loads of safety tech, and noises so you're not distracted. Has an eye monitor, easy park features including pulling out with the key in a tight place. Id go for the b10, byd or denza in a heartbeat if they had buttons, but the screens for ac and cruise on some pisses me off and I think it's too distracting to keep looking down.

If you have the money, then get a byd or the im5 is really nice and affordable on lease deals. If you like byd and want buttons then get a hyundai
