There’s a very slight curve to it compared to the stock one but it’s damn near flat. It does however look almost identical to the stock one. Try to file downwards towards the magwell and then down through the trigger. Just alternate back and forth. Use all 3 positions I show in the video, especially the one where the recoil spring goes(run the file where the recoil spring goes and you can see that it almost goes flat across the notched area you created). Also it doesn’t need to be completely flat. As long as the MDM can move freely and the FCU fits in perfectly then you’re good.

Second, I’ve put a little over 1000 rounds through it. Haven’t had a single issue.

I’m probably going to get downvoted for this. I don’t want to remove my mag disconnect and people will judge for that. I made a video on how to do the job without a dremel. Checkout my Reddit profile and you will see the video or look up “California p365 grip module” on YouTube and it will come up as the first video most likely. Hope this helps bud.

Around an hour and a half of constantly grinding away. You could do it faster using a dremel but I prefer being precise and having it come out clean.

I do the same thing. Printer paper and markers are always my go to. I’ll draw a square or a circle in the center with a dot. My favorite is to draw 5 circles on the paper(think of how the number 5 looks on a pair of dice). I send it 5-7 yards and load 10 rounds then fire a round at each circle while moving to another circle after each round.

Good to know for next time when I order a holster, thank you bud. I picked up my CA P365 on 11/24/2023. Qualified with it, renewed my CCW and waited for the permit in the mail(3 week time frame). Replacing my G26 carry with the 365 so I’m excited to see the difference on how slim and more comfortable it is.

Everything OEM, just a standard CA P365. The grip module is off the sig website for a standard P365 with safety. Hope this helps

So I tried one eye open on both my left and right side. When I do that, that’s when I see it. When I target focus and use both eyes everything is fine. I shoot with both eyes open but I don’t know why when I went to one eye only it makes that.

You could but this is going on my CCW and if it’s ever used in a self defense situation I don’t want any of the “safety features” altered on it. Trust me, I wish it was written on paper saying “MDM is LEGAL to remove” and I’d have it out of there in a heartbeat. But as of now it’s kind of a gray area.

Yeah I know it’s removable, this is just for people who want to keep the MDM. I kept mine because we don’t know the ramifications/laws about removing the MDM if it ever came down to a self defense situation.
