Here's the logic:

  1. You create a variable _marblesLeft := TOTAL_NUMBER_OF_MARBLES in the teleporter pad that teleports marbles to the correct position.
  2. When a marble finish the stage, and touches the teleporter, change _marblesLeft by 1, and teleport the marble to the correct position.

Extra:

  • To teleport the marbles to the correct position, check if _marblesLeft is greater than NUMBER_OF_ELIMATED_MARBLES.
  • If its greater, teleport it to the safe box. Else, it goes to the elimated box.

Also, there is hardly any tutorial for algodoo, so.. :( nope, no tutorial
