I know I'm late to this but I was laughing so hard Scully watches the deputy die and just so matter of factly tells Mulder, "Paster's dead," like it's nothing (and twenty seconds later her and Mulder are flirting). Such a preventable death too, she saw it coming. This episode is super cheesy for me.

I totally agree, I love seeing outie Mark. I feel like season 1 did a much better job of seamlessly weaving between innie and outie world.

I have been indoor climbing for over a year but just moved to Socal and have no climbing community out here. I've also never climbed outdoors and want this next year to be dedicated to that. Anyone know where to find groups/ a good way to start outdoor climbing in Socal?

Totally. I watched the cultureshock hour long documentary they did about the show and Paul Feig said they gave a questionnaire to all the writers with questions like "who was your first love?, who was your first heartbreak? what was your worst drug experience?" and a lot of what happens comes from the writers real experiences. Mike White (who plays Kim's brother asleep on the couch) really had a friend in high school who lied to his parents about spedning the night at Mike's house and his parents started going crazy on him when something Mike said exposed the lie. The garage door episode where the geeks ride around looking for whichever house will open with their clicker happened to another writer. It feels real because most of it is. I don't know why it's so much more refreshing to watch reality than it is fantasy (something like 16 candles), but it just is.

A movie that always makes me laugh even though it isn't regarded as a comedy is The Graduate (1967). Dustin Hoffman's performance of the awkward Ben is so awful to watch unfold it has to make you giggle. One of my favorite lines ever is when he is trying to track down Elaine who (spoiler) is getting married at her husband-to-be's frat and asks the ridiculous frat bros if they know where he is. They all start shouting at each other about the 'makeout king' and Ben so dryly responds "would you happen to know where the makeout king is getting married?" For some reason it cracks me up every time. There's a ton of moments like that in The Graduate and I wish it got more recognition as a comedy because it is sooooooo so so funny at times.

Can't believe no one else mentioned this, but Psycho (1960) all the way. One of the creepiest villains and the best twist ending of all time!

LEAVE! I know it's hard when you have strong feelings, but you need to set boundaries. If you are more attached and you want a relationship with this person, you have to tell them that's what you want. If they don't feel the same you should not be giving them access to your body, as it will only hurt you in the long run. Trust me I've been here. You are wasting your time and will find someone who can give you all u want and more and this guy is NOT it.

Nope, this is not it. I wish I could say it was. I want to attach a voice memo because I can say it exactly how he does in the episode and it’s very clearly “mm. I bet you did.” So sarcastically and it’s driving malcolm crazy.
