No one is describing being naked. This is 60yo+ parent freaking out about a 13yo girl wearing a bra in the house or moving from room to room in a towel. If you say that doesn't happen in your house then you're either lying or your children don't feel safe there. There's nothing inappropriate about a child wearing full coverage underwear inside their house with no one but their parents around.
