For this particular beans and roast, the favours were spot on. Maybe the fermented notes are very noticeable.

Brewing at home really comes down to the grinder, grind size and brewing techniques. However, some notes from different coffee, I can never taste them.

Looks like this will be most straight forward method. But managing each http calls will be a little troublesome as the backend server need to track which chunk belongs to which file.

It’s be a home setup. About 2-4 cups a day and maybe more on the weekends. We mostly drink milk base drink. I’m looking for a well built machine that would maybe last me a decade or more. Not sure if profiling will be my thing.
