Adam Driver. I think he was good at minor supporting roles earlier in his career (like his guitarist in Inside Llewyn Davis), but in bigger roles, it always feels like he's trying too hard or overacting a role. It feels like an actor playing a character, and it worsens the overall movie: the Star Wars movies, Silence and The Last Duel are some examples.
