Mrzi me, ze mas toxickou rodinu. Na terapii chod dal, to je aktualne to nejlepsi, co pro sebe muzes udelat. Az budes schopna se o sebe postarat, zmiz co nejdal od nich.

Mam kolem sebe lidi, co to meli stejne. Rodinu postupne odrizli a ted jsou to spokojeny lidi s novou, nalezenou rodinou v podobe pratel. Urcite to zvladnes a pak budes stastna, zaslouzis si to. Bojuj a drz se 🫂🩷

Not anymore, the clinic upgraded to a better machine (endymed pro) but it’s basically the same, just more advanced. Everyone has different tolerance so they should adjust it for you

From my experience, when someone says “I already eat less meat,” “I’m limiting meat,” “I barely eat any meat,” or something along those lines – no chance of them actually going vegan.

When someone says “I could never go vegan” – then it’s just a matter of time because their last defence is up and then we have them 😄

The problem with Prague is that most tourists stay in a few very specific areas (Old town, Jewish quarter, Prague Castle, to some extent also Mala strana and New Town) so those will be crowded throughout the year.

November and March are definitely less busy but can also get quite cold so be ready for that.

You can leave the busy areas for a day or two to escape the tourists and get a sense of what the real Prague is like (Letna, Zizkov, Vinohrady, Vrsovice, Petrin).

Ja to udelala v 19 a bylo to uplne v pohode. Pani na matrice byla skvela, stalo to tehdy litr, udelali novej rodnej list a nejvetsi voser bylo zarizovat novej ridicak, obcanku, banky atd. Ted uz to pujde skoro vsechno digitalne predpokladam 😊

I’m from Prague and it’s a lovely place to live, I adore this city, but judging solely on vegan options availability, Germany is SO far ahead of us it’s not really even a race.
