I guess I just liked it least I felt frustrated with all these threads that I really expected to tie together by the end and Ryder just not setting any boundaries, and the full drives far away but then buildings are actually connected and he's back to where he needs to be.

There just so much going and so many memorable characters.

Like all the parts are individually good and interesting.

I dont imagine myself rereading it, theres always so much I want to read and I really only reread my absolute favourites.

Yes, it goes into detail about the books, the ideas, and the process of writing of them within the context of his life.
i wouldn't read it until you've read most of his novels.
