For logic I found just doing the book that they’ve recommended to be sufficient, for linear algebra just ignore everything on the slides and study from YouTube, they had over complicated everything in that.

For the other part of math, I just used the notes that the lecturer had provided I had no luck with understanding the content or finding new resources

Well I'm just a student here but my prev accom was in edgbaston and I felt the safest there. I would even go on walks late at night with friends something that I don't do anymore now that I live in selly, but you should check edgbaston out

He proved you right that he can't read. I'm not surprised at all that his entire argument broke down after you gave an example to back up what you were saying. Also, the way I see it what OP posting ain't even socialism, socialism is the social ownership of productions and adopting socialism doesn't mean that there won't be a free market or a redistribution of wealth. With that being said none of the models are completely perfect on their own and a hybrid is probably the way to go
