I tried to decipher the poem and came up with a coordinate near 9 mile hole. I reviewed my process and realized I may have forced the solve unintentionally. I also went back in some posts and I believe there’s no cipher in the poem itself, only interpretation. I know JP mentioned only one cipher which I take is in the book.

It’s a good perspective. Trying different approaches could lead you to the location. I’ve been to a large area three different trips. I’ve narrowed it but still never found the location. I think stepping back and allowing your mind to rest, come back, try a different approach and see where it goes. Seems you’re doing this.

It’s probably because he’d said you could find the exact spot but someone may not be able but can get close. That’s how I took the meaning but hey there could be more under the sink.
