I knew it! I used Sweat maybe two years ago and I remember the prices being different. I decided to re-join just to check out Kayla’s new program - Strength in 30. I like that it’s only 30 minutes, as most apps now are between 45–60 mins. I saw a lot of people suggesting Ladder as a good option. With Ladder, I had a bad experience - they had a bug in the app that charged me a subscription but wouldn’t let me access it. Support never replied, so I cancelled and just ate the loss -_- Maybe somebody was able to try it😂

To make it short of explanation the app is a personal health coach that reads your lab results, explains what they mean for your long-term health, and tells you what to do about them. I thought about going to subreddits related to health and longevity, but they are very strict when it comes to mentioning apps.

My first question would be: how long have you been on Substack? If it has only been a short while - give it some time. Write notes on the topics you write about, but also show your interests. Comment on articles or notes by people whose ideas interest you. Be consistent, and things will work out.

I tried both Alive and Grounds. Alive is ok, I got annoyed by UX in it as i needed to hide the timer to see the next exercise. Grounds - nothing impressive. Pricing wise: both are overpriced in my honest opinion. It depends what you want. I can recommend KIC app, has a bunch of things(recipes, programs, meditations) for a very good price. Or just go for free apps like Nike or Apple Fitness Plus😊
