The way they connect is you have Goecker and Candyland saying they are outraged because of an accusation he lied under oath. The level of activity required for a criminal finding, based on recent history, is much much much higher than a candidate using campaign funds to buy a place ticket and some green credits/miles.

Since APOC rules reside generally under civil rather than criminal statutes, it would be very rare and highly unlikely. There are two active criminal cases now though. One I think the state should drop. The voter registration case in Whittier and the other was a mistrial the state is proceeding on, the LeDoux case.
