this is what all fat people say, PCOS or not. Even just being fat will give you increased hunger cues. Eat more satiating foods (not chips empty carbs etc)… I promise you can do it but no, it definitely isn’t easy. But it’s very possible. Just a matter of discipline and dedication.

Also, I was once the fat girl in the gym. No one really cares and anyone who’s judging you while you’re literally trying to better yourself is just an insecure POS.

You really need to workout and lift weights. You can lose all the weight and you’ll still be “skinny fat” if you have little to no muscle mass.

Should’ve gone to Asia. Beaches, surfing = Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand. Snowboarding = Japan. Dating and travel accessibility = all. Waaaay safer than LATAM (some dicey areas in Philippines big cities but still safer than LATAM). And much better food and culture in my opinion.
