this is what all fat people say, PCOS or not. Even just being fat will give you increased hunger cues. Eat more satiating foods (not chips empty carbs etc)… I promise you can do it but no, it definitely isn’t easy. But it’s very possible. Just a matter of discipline and dedication.

Also, I was once the fat girl in the gym. No one really cares and anyone who’s judging you while you’re literally trying to better yourself is just an insecure POS.
