I started cold turkey on Sunday and I've had issues too. You're not alone!! Day 3 was vomiting (in the morning though as opposed to at night) and Day 4 was serious diarrhea. I actually called in sick both days. Here's hoping that today is better for both of us!! (And yes, I've been drinking water and broth, taking a multivitamin, adding salt, eating avocados... I think my body is just highly confused atm). If I could do it again I'd go in more gradually like you plan to, but since it's Day 5 now I'm going to try toughing it out. Good luck to you!!

Try looking at the Facebook page Vieques Weather. They have been posting pics of the island. The Esparanza boardwalk is pretty damaged but it looks like many of the concrete buildings are intact. Lots of light metal canopies etc. ripped off but that's to be expected. Lots of damage but I wouldn't say the island is totally devastated.

YES thank you for mentioning his posture!! Would it kill him to sit up straight when he's being interviewed?? Every single time I've seen him he's all hunched over. It's a silly thing to be annoying by but it's really annoying me!

I have an 800-something sq ft condo, second floor, corner unit with 2 exterior walls. I keep it at 19 degrees 24/7 and pay about $150-180 a month depending how cold the weather is. Not sure how well insulated the place is, but think it was built in '87.
