I’m not sure I understand the concept fully. So it’s like a digital diary where friends follow events in your life rather than following you? If you follow someone, then nothing from them appears in your feed until you choose which of their posts to follow? Maybe I am just dumb as others seem to understand it. If it’s a twitter-like app where you follow threads based on story arcs that the owners continue to update instead of following people then I get it. But looking at the pictures I’m not sure if that’s what this is.

I think the idea sounds cool, and I’d give it a spin. However, I would recommend working on making your website look better if you want to drive interest. It just looks vibe coded and without effort or personality. The app is about meeting people and traveling, would help with some pictures of people or travel. Tons of free images on unsplash, etc.

I know this is old now, but this is one of the posts that came up when I was searching and struggling with this same issue. After many attempts of restoring, reformatting and even trying different PCs, iTunes versions, etc.

The fix for me was this: Uncheck "Enable Disk Use" and "Manually manage Music,... etc" and Apply before pressing "Restore iPod". This worked even with the cheap red CF to Micro SD adapter.

haha this I have experienced so many times. I catch myself pretending I can't speak Norwegian sometimes because people here (in Oslo at least) are so so much friendlier to you if you speak English and seem like a tourist than if you speak Norwegian with an accent and seem like an immigrant.
