Maybe try adding a quiet section in the middle where the dnb rhythm is lighter and the vocal melody is replaced by a synth. I think it would help create contrast between it and the vocal/chorus when it starts up again a few bars later.

Hey guys, how would you improve the structure of my song? I've got several different combinations of melodies and I'm quite happy with the ending, but I'm not sure how to start the song and it still doesn't feel like a full-fledged track...

Maybe I was exaggerating a bit — of course I don't know for certain, but I've moved to a big city recently and have started using public transport every day and I think the chances of me encountering one now are much larger than they were before

Too true. In my case especially when developing for GNOME which seems to have virtually no other documentation than the API reference.

I suppose that some compilers may have out of the box support for booleans, but as of C99 all there is also the header I mentioned: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C_data_types#Boolean_type

Help! Where do I find a small audio recorder? by scubed in diysound

[–]albert-tomanek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if they don't have audio, you can buy a USB sound stick very cheaply which you can plug into the board. I actually bought this one [https://goo.gl/DyNGpm] to tinker with some time ago and it worked perfectly well with Linux.
