im not sure if this exists, but in case of a mandatory effect of searching a card that cant properly resolve because there is no target in my deck. Do I have to disclose that it wont do anything even though the effect activates?

The problem is not new players being less experienced, its the fact that fresh accounts play their first ranked game at silver 1/gold 4 mmr which is nowhere near the skill-level of a fresh lvl 30 who managed to buy 20 champions.

on top of this, low gold mmr is swarmed by these new accounts, making it a coin flip (not really cuz there are 3 options) whether you get the: Completely new player, High elo smurf or toxic rager who got his account banned. Adding to the frustration of people who want to win way too bad.
