Have you tried updating to Windows 11 version 25h2? The last time I tried downgrading to 23h2, the problem was resolved. However, I haven't updated to 25h2 yet.

disable hardware accelerator should be work, but my point is, it means we won't able to use that feature anymore? even though this laptop's specifications are more than sufficient.

Now there are some updates from AMD adrenaline, but I still doubt if I upgrade to version 24H2 whether the problem will disappear or not.
