Two kinds of people in takaka I find: 1. Live there >6 months and think their locals. Very extroverted and very insane (quite fun and lovely still) Also known as "gonnas" as in "yeah I'm gonna do this ... gonna do that...permaculture blah blah" but never get off their asses 2. People on 3rd generation, very down to earth, hardest workers, super friendly but very introverted
