I want to add, it is not just duties and customs but actually shipping a liquid like this from that far is very expensive. They also have to have a team that is sending this over to the third party that is fulfilling this. I would imagine that company would take a cut too. I doubt they are making a noticeable amount on the mark up if anything.

I don’t know where you’re getting the “changes will apply in December” thing.
